Jim, James and Zack are the upmost of professionals in their craft. I have had work needed on my 2004 Chevy and the results on this old truck each time have been amazing. Their attention to detail for a diagnosis is the best. All while caring enough to keep their cost to me in mind. Being on a disabled person's budget, that is key for me. Professional service done by highly trained automotive mechanics is all they offer in my opinion. If your looking top tier service on your automobile with out being strong armed at the cash register,  Byrds Auto is the place for you.  You won't regret it. - Sam

Jim and Zach have been servicing my fleet vehicles for years. You can expect upfront honest service at a fair price. Jim takes the time to fully inspect and do the job correct. I never have had to return for something missed or not done correctly.

My car broke down nearby and Byrd's was the closest autoshop. I dropped off my car on a Saturday when they were closed and they were able to look at it and get it running in about a week which I thought was quite good given such a limited heads up. Their prices were very fair and my car runs just as good as before if not better! Could not be happier.

Recently I have taken my car to Byrd's Auto on two occasions and the results have been very satisfactory. The service was done in a timely manner and the charges were very reasonable in light of todays price structure. Been bringing our ‘03 Jeep Grand Cherokee and ‘04 Toyota Tundra to Byrd’s Auto Service for over 5 years now. Thanks to them, both cars are still running great. Jim and his team always do good work and offer great service at a fair price. They have been able to repair things that prior shops hadn't been able to address.

Byrd's really came through for me when I had a power steering issue. Even though they were slammed, they still made time to check out my car. Turns out, the problem wasn’t as bad as another place had claimed, and that honesty saved me a few hundred bucks—always a win when it comes to car repairs. Good work, fair prices, and no runaround—can’t ask for more than that!

The team at Byrd’s Auto Service were professional and accommodating. I did not have an appointment scheduled and needed my vehicle the same day. I was, however, not expecting them to get to it. I left it with them in the morning and was told that they would look it over and let me know what was needed for the repairs. I received a phone call later that morning with the diagnosis and cost of repair. I am happy to state that the repair was performed and I received another phone call in the afternoon to come and pick up my vehicle. I am a repeat customer and highly recommend Byrd’s Auto service.

Great shop and they don't play around with your vehicle, gets straight to the point and gets you back on the road in a timely manner. Appointments are better if you're needing to drop off as they tend to be a little busy. My AC was diagnosed and fixed by the following day. The price was much better than expected which I felt like the trust factor made a difference in wanting to come back if any future issues arose. My 95 Saturn SL2 cooled like it did when I first bought it. I'm so excited to have AC back in my soon too be classic automobile 🚘 3/30/1995 ....
